An exclusive evening of wine and oyster education with NYC’s Red Oyster USA, curated by pommelier Adrian Luna, hosted in our beautiful antique barn. Red Oyster’s experts will recommend oyster, wine and cider pairings, you will learn all about oysters (including how to open them) while enjoying farm-fresh oyster accompaniments, grilled oysters and more. This event is for oyster lovers!

In this introduction to falconry session you will learn the ancient art of falconry from an experienced falconer. This session will cover the history and basics of falconry including a survey of falconry around the world, husbandry, training, equipment, diet and hunting tactics. Session includes Q&A, cider donuts and refreshments.

Come enjoy a southern Italian spring feast, prepared by Chef Enzo Montagnino of the Natirar Cooking School. We’ll be featuring lovely May produce and the season’s best dishes. Chef Enzo will demonstrate the preparation of each dish in front of the class, with lots of time for Q&A. During cocktail hour, join farm owner Ashley for a private farm tour in the blossoming spring orchard.

Join us on the lawn for live music from one of our favorite local bands, Losing Focus. Playing favorites from the 80s and 90s, they’ll have you up and dancing. We’ll have our friends from Fort Nonsense Brewing Company with great beer on tap, and a food truck, too!

Learn how to make reusable food wraps from Kristen at Planet B. Beeswax wraps are the ultimate low-waste swap, replacing plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and even plastic baggies. Make your own beeswax wraps while learning more about honeybees and local pollinators and even taste some local honey!

Come learn about the ancient sport of falconry with Zach Bohn of Hawks & Hounds Falconry. He will cover history, sport, conservation and bird care, including a hands-on demonstration with several birds of prey.
